This Westchester home underwent a new style change to create a modern, industrial ambiance. Large format Spanish-made tiles in the kitchen and foyer contrasting the new hardwood floors installed in the living areas. New lighting was installed throughout including track lighting, wall sconces, pendants, and recessed lights. The basement was finished to create a new family recreational area. A new basement bathroom was added as well as a new basement wet bar installation.
