We took helm of this project in Morton Grove, a northwest suburb of Chicago, when the property’s contractor defaulted on the project midway. We reconfigured the layout and provided all new electrical including new track lighting in bedrooms and ceiling mount fixtures throughout. A major rehab of the kitchen, bathrooms and basement was provided with contemporary fixtures to bring this home up to date.
