This unique and classic Victorian property, once defining of Chicago architecture, was preserved and restored to avoid a new development replacing it. We increased the size of this home with a rear and full second story addition. The existing crawlspace was dug down to produce a full, new basement. New electrical and plumbing was provided throughout along with new ventilation system. We installed new hardwood flooring throughout and new custom panel wainscoting to blend the traditional style with the contemporary updates.
