This prestigious waterfront property, located in Evanston was updated to blend the home’s traditional bungalow appeal with modern functionality. We provided new recessed light fixtures throughout and additional ceiling mount light fixtures in the dining room and sunroom.  We preserved and painted all the original trim work, including the French doors, and completely rehabbed both bathrooms and the kitchen. The basement update included all new recessed lighting, preserving, and sealing the exposed brick, and installation of ceramic tile throughout.
