This urban Chicago style bungalow underwent a full gut rehab including a drastic increase in square footage. We changed the first floorlayout of this Albany Park home to create an open floor plan including a new open stairwell. We expanded the attic into a full second story addition, adding 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. By re-digging the basement, we were able to heighten the ceilings and completely transform the basement from an unfinished storage unit to a family recreational space.
