We finished this unfinished basement located in the Chicago Belmont Gardens neighborhood on a budget! Completed drywall installation and painting in all the rooms of the basement. We provided all new electrical and installed recessed lighting throughout. The basement was completed with all new carpet installation throughout and up the stairs.
